Complete Your Enrollment Profile
Overview
Once marked as “Enrollment Ready,” the New Bobcat Enrollment Profile will appear in your Admissions Status Portal. This profile gathers essential information—such as your major choice, complete and in-progress college credits, and test scores—so we can enroll you in the most appropriate courses.
What To Do
Before starting, please ensure you've completed and gathered the following:
- Take the TXST MyMajors quiz. This short quiz will show you the top 10 majors at TXST that align with your academic interests and strengths.
- A list of your completed and pending AP scores from CollegeBoard
- A record of any SAT or ACT scores you've taken
- An unofficial transcript of all college credits you've completed
Helpful Advice
- Take Your Time: The profile takes about 20 minutes. Focus on accuracy to avoid placement issues.
- Know Your TSI Status: If your TSI scores or exemption isn’t on file, it may delay certain parts of your enrollment.

How long does the New Bobcat Enrollment Profile take to complete?
About 20 minutes. Plan ahead by gathering AP/IB scores, dual credit records, SAT/ACT results, and any other academic info you might have. Being prepared will make it easier and faster.

Can I change my major after I submit the profile?
Yes! We know sometimes students change their minds. Please get in touch with our office as soon as possible. If we’ve already started building your schedule, we’ll try to accommodate this request.

What if my AP/IB scores or dual credits aren’t finalized?
Include any and all credit you believe you may have earned. If there's a discrepancy, we can adjust your schedule once your official scores arrive or your final transcript is processed. We need to know as much detail as possible about the college credits you've earned or may potentially earn to enroll you in the most accurate schedule possible.

Does submitting my profile automatically enroll me in classes?
No. Submitting the profile just provides us with the information. Our team then reviews it and enrolls you (see Step 3). You’ll receive a confirmation once that’s done.
