You're Enrollment Complete

After our team finalizes your first-semester course plan, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll remove your New Student Advising Hold. Here’s what you need to know and do next.

Review Your Plan & Enrollment

How It Works

  • Hold Removal: Once we complete a final quality check of your enrollment, we remove your New Student Advising Hold. Look for an email confirming your updated status.
  • Schedule Access: Your courses are officially booked. You can now log in to view your schedule via your Texas State Self-Service.
  • Making Changes: If you need adjustments, contact TXST One Stop or visit the TXST Course Registration Lab at NSO for hands-on assistance.

Helpful Tips

  • Check for Accuracy: Review your Course Recommendation Plan and enrolled schedule to ensure that all of the information you provided us was accounted for.
  • Stay in the Loop: Check your TXST email and the Admissions Status Portal for updates or requests.

Complete Remaining Tasks

Even though your courses are in place, there are a few more steps before you’re fully ready to start the semester.

Meningitis Vaccination Requirement

  • Why It Matters: Failing to submit proof can trigger a hold and result in your courses being dropped.
  • What to Do: Upload or submit your vaccination records as soon as possible.

Official Transcripts

  • Why It Matters: Any unofficial documents you uploaded in your New Bobcat Enrollment Profile don’t count toward your permanent record.
  • What to Do: Send your final high school and college transcripts to TXST Global Admissions so your credits are officially received.

NavigateTXST App

  • Why It Matters: This app holds your advising notes, campus resources, and key to-do items in one place.
  • What to Do: Download and log in to review the course recommendation plan we created during your enrollment process.
